1. Collection & Inspection

2. Disassembly by Experts
Our skilled chair engineers carefully strip each chair down to its smallest components, cleaning, repairing, and inspecting every element down to each bolt and bracket.
3. ReEngineering & ReAssembly
Using the original components, we are able to reassemble around 80-85% of the chairs from the original batch. With our low new-component rate of just 1.7%, we maximise reuse and minimise waste.
4. Quality Check & Warranty
Every remanufactured chair undergoes rigorous quality checks. Once approved, chairs are reboxed and come with a new warranty of up to 5 years, ensuring durability and reliability.

This service is suitable for those whose aim is to reduce the carbon footprint per project while still having new furniture. Once the deal is agreed, we collect chairs from the donor company and send them to the remanufacturing company.
